A bad experience and bad customer support, the least they could have done is find a quick solution, meeting half-way, like adding a credit to my Gamivo account. I detest this practice with a passion and will definitely not be purchasing from them again. It is a shady business to be adding on the SMART sub when checking out. ![]() I then tried to resolve it with Gamivo's customer support, which also got me nowhere. I tried to resolve the issue with PayPal, which was denied. All-in-all I do not recommend Gamivo due to this simple reason, very unfortunate. Yesterday, to my surprise I get an automatic renewal notice from PayPal, so I cancelled it yet again via PayPal's website. I did not make a fuss about it and cancelled it ASAP. As soon as I had completed my purchase I received my invoice, and also my Steam code, however, a few moments later I get a charge for their SMART sub. Either I was blind while checking out or the Gamivo SMART sub was very well hidden or hard to read/find on the checkout process. If i dont get my refund in 2 days ill be filing a dispute on paypal and legal actions, although my friend is not sure how to refund the money to his card.I had ordered New World last month (October 2022). We both waited about 5 days and still not refund, contacting them again both of us different accounts they just say the payment team is responsible for this not me, and my friend got the same exact responses as i did. Weirdly we got like the same exact robot answers of, "okay we will process your refund" or something. I had my friend try to buy something same redeem code 60$ this time with his card and he got the same id verification thing which he did not want to reply. I purchased for 120$ a redeem code for a site via paypal, when i bought it they asked me for id verification for no reason which i did not want to provide, asking for refund and all that, they said they would have it processed in 3 business days fine. Reading through these reviews and how much i can relate to them is not pleasing. ![]()
